Surrounded by 3 hectares of cultivated land, the estate opens onto immaculately maintained gardens, filled with olive trees, lavender, rosemary, climbing roses, and fruit trees, brimming with color and fragrance. A small stream gently flows through the surrounding woods, and the landscape transforms with the seasons, offering harmony and beauty year-round.

  • The estate is entirely clad in ancient stone. It is embellished with handcrafted details, such as travertine and artistic granite inserts, and the ceilings are complemented by oak beams. The bathrooms are decorated with terracotta and Deruta ceramic tiles, while the floors and ceilings are in antique terracotta crafted by local master craftsmen. Every square meter, every corner, is a constant surprise: from the smallest detail, such as the pediments of Roman statues, the antique marble friezes of the master fireplace, the precious inlays on the antique furniture, the paintings and tapestries by renowned artists, the ancient Deruta majolica tiles, and the exquisite hand-embroidered curtains, tablecloths, and linens.
  • Villa Amorosa is located at the entrance to the famous village of Monte Castello di Vibio, home to the Teatro della Concordia, known as "The Smallest Theater in the World." Located between Perugia and Orvieto, just 1.5 hours from Rome, it is an excellent place for relaxation and walks along nature trails and through the woods
